Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all consulting and advisory services (“Services”) provided by Sharman Professional Matchmakers (“Company”, “we”, “us”) via www.sharman-family.com (the “Website”).

By purchasing any Service, you (“Client”, “you”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. DIGITAL & CONSULTING SERVICES

1.1. All Services offered by the Company are digital, remote, and consulting-based.

1.2. Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, results are subjective and dependent on individual circumstances.


2. NO AUTOMATIC RIGHT TO REFUND

2.1. Once a Service has started, been delivered, or made available, no refunds are provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • completed or partially completed consulting sessions,

  • delivered advisory materials,

  • access to digital content,

  • initiation of a service period.

2.2. The Client understands and agrees that dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.


3. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

3.1. If a consulting session is scheduled and the Client fails to attend or cancels without sufficient notice, the session is considered used and non-refundable.

3.2. Unused Services that expire due to Client inaction are forfeited without refund.


4. EXCEPTIONS — TECHNICAL ERRORS ONLY

4.1. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • duplicate payment,

  • incorrect charge due to a verified technical error.

4.2. Any approved refund is limited strictly to the incorrectly charged amount.

4.3. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe by contacting the Company via the contact details listed on the Website.


5. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

5.1. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

5.2. Refunds, where applicable, are issued through the original payment method and subject to the payment provider’s processing times.


6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU NOTICE)

6.1. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, Clients acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be waived for digital content and consulting services once:

  • service delivery has begun, or

  • digital content has been accessed.

6.2. By purchasing the Services, the Client expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the Services and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.


7. COMPANY RIGHTS

7.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.

7.2. The Company may update this Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website.
