GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SERVICE RELEASED 07.04.2021
Sharman Professional Matchmakers ( www.sharman-family.com) is a marriage dating and relationships service (the «Service») available to Sharman Professional Matchmakers ( www.sharman-family.com) Members via the Internet. The Service allows Members to access the profiles of other Members who have registered. The Service can either be accessed by the Member free of charge or in respect of specified services on payment. The Service that we provide is available only to registered Members. Before you register to become a Member, please read these terms and conditions below carefully, as they form part of a legally binding agreement between Us and You.
1. SERVICES
1 Letters exchange services:
1.1 All introduction letters received from any lady are FREE TO READ!
1.2. The offered membership is unlimited Except of Matchmaking offers.
1.3. The letter exchange service includes confidential translation of each letter sent and received. Email credits are needed to read and answer to the letters. All e-mails introductions you receive from ladies are FREE to open.
1.4. The letter to open or to send ( introduction letters are an exception) will cost you 4 credits. We guarantee the quality and the rapid delivery of your letters. We inform the lady about the letter by telephone and email and she will be encouraged to respond within a reasonable time (usually in 1-3 days).
1.5. Refund In the case of a lady’s refusal in the correspondence with you, our agency will not charge you and return your email credit/credits.
1.6. In case if the system mistakenly took more than 4 credits out of your account, feel free to contact us and we will also return your email credit/ credits.
1.7. Contact exchange Policy among our members.
1.8 All Chat/Skype Calls services must be used by the Member within 2 weeks from the purchase date. If not used it will be forfeited.
Sharman Professional Matchmakers does not provide the personal contact information between the Client and potential match before the personal face-to-face introduction. However, a woman may reject giving you her contact details without any explanations. On personal face-to-face introduction a woman may still require us to give her translation service if she speaks none of your languages.
2. PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL MATCHMAKER FOR 1 MONTH
2.1. Sharman Professional Matchmakers Support Service for 1 month includes matchmaking support for 1 month + high quality, personal concierge service.
2.2 Sharman Professional Matchmakers Support service must be used by the Member within 1 month from the purchase date. If not used, all services included in the package will be forfeited.
3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
3.1. Additional services include the following services to perform ( extra fee) :

❥ Professional interpreter/translator service
❥ Hotels and accommodation
❥ Transfer service
❥ Professional photoshoot for a man
❥ Text chat service
❥ Gifts delivery ( according to the list on the website www.sharman-family.com).
3.2. Payment of all Services is expected in the amount of 100% from the total amount.
4. ACCESS, REGISTRATION AND PROFILE VERIFICATION:
4.1. By accepting these conditions You warrant and represent to Us that:
4.2 You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration;
4.3 You have not been convicted of any offense relating to violence and/or any offense under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (or under any statutory enactment replacing and/or amending such Act); and/or any other serious criminal offense.
4.4 Before to invite a lady to your country you must provide us with the record of your criminal background.
5. BASIS OF CONTRACT
5.1. This is a legally binding Agreement between You and Us for the provision of the Service.
5.2. These conditions (as amended by Us from time to time) shall govern the Agreement between You and Us to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions and You agree to abide by these terms and conditions (as amended by Us from time to time).
5.3. We reserve the right to vary these conditions at any time. If We vary these conditions, the updated conditions will be posted on the Terms and Conditions page of the Website as soon as the alteration is made.
5.4. Your continued use of the Service after posting of the varied conditions on the Website constitutes your acceptance of the varied conditions and your agreement to be bound by the agreement, as amended.
5.5. You acknowledge that You do not rely on any representation and/or warranty that has not been made in accordance with these conditions.
5.6. We reserve the right to monitor and at Our own decision remove for any reason any information, photographs and/or other material Posted by You.
5.7. We reserve the right to refuse to register applications for membership and to terminate memberships at any time.
5.8. We reserve the right to make changes to the Service as required from time to time by law or applicable safety requirements provided that they do not have a material adverse effect on the quality of the Service.
5.9. The Service and the Website is for personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial activity. Companies and/or businesses or any other commercial organizations may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service or Website including collecting user names and/or Email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited Email and unauthorized framing or linking to the Website will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunction redress.
5.10. We control female database of the web site. We thoroughly monitor scam, and if we get any negative information about a woman, we immediately remove her profile from the website.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
6.1. The prices for current subscriptions to our Service can be found on the ‘OUR SERVICES’ -‘SERVICES’ page which is accessible from the https://sharman-family.com/services/ link on the web site . Notice – you should register on our website first.

6.2. Our prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT and any details given in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
6.3. You shall pay all sums due to Us under this Agreement by the means of the payment specified in Our Website and without any set-off, deduction, counterclaim and/or any other withholding of monies.
6.4. No payment or refund will be given to you for any downtime in respect of the Service or for your inability to access the Service due to technic
